Presents the results of experimental studies of the frequency fluctuations of decimeter and centimeter radio waves when they propagate through the circumsolar plasma. The variations of the frequency fluctuations with time, caused by a change in the solar activity, are examined. The dependence of the frequency fluctuation intensity on the sighting distance of the radio wave propagation path is given. The spectrum of frequency fluctuations is analyzed for different regions of the circumsolar plasma. The characteristics are determined for inhomogeneities of the circumsolar plasma for different heliocentric distances.
