In every country, the most pressing problem is the unreliability of public transit. Every person has some kind of link to the transportation industry. They would want to reduce the negative effects of travel on their wellbeing, efficiency, and personal time management. The impact of this problem has been mitigated, in part, by technological advancements in the transportation sector. Robotic process automation RPA facilitates logistics operations by aiding with order routing, automated reporting, freight management, driver feedback, improved decision making, increased precision in inventory management, automated tracking to reduce checking transport calls, shipment scheduling, tracking, invoicing, and procurement management. Automation of routine tasks by robots and other forms of AI have made it possible to manage or at least lessen the impact of such problems. Robotic process automation could help airlines fix their transportation problems. Robotic process automation (RPA) might help the airline transportation business in a number of ways, including the development of departmental work packages, the recovery of the file from previous systems, the notification of passengers, the management of data, and the scheduling of personnel. Stages of robotic process automation may have applications in the transportation sector and contribute to the development of smart cities more generally. This research will analyze how robotic process automation RPA may be used to enhance smart city logistics, transportation, and supply chain management.
