We obtain the probability of target detection using a multifrequency, noncoherently integrated pulse burst under the following conditions. (1) Each N pulse burst contains M groups of K pulses with each group at a different frequency. (2) At each frequency the target radar cross section is a constant during the burst but fluctuates from burst-to burst (i.e. scan-to-scan). (3) The difference between frequencies is sufficiently large that the target radar cross section at each different frequency is independent.
