본 발명은 자동 분리형 구상선수의 제조방법을 제공하는 바, 해당 방법은 A, 재료선택: 고강도 재료를 선택하고; B, 재료 성형: 구상선수와 주선체 연결부위의 사이즈와 형상에 따라, 상기 고강도 재료를 이에 부합되는 사이즈와 형상으로 가공하고; C, 설치: 용접, 접합 또는 삽입공정을 통해 상기 고강도 재료를 구상선수와 주선체 연결부위에 설치하여 구상선수와 주선체를 연결하고; D, 샌딩처리: 상기 연결부위를 샌딩하여 구상선수와 주선체사이를 평활하게 연결하고; E, 녹 방지처리: 샌드브라스트 방법으로 밑칠작업을 하고; F, 수밀성 비파괴 검사: 구상선수와 주선체의 연결부위의 수밀성에 대해 비파괴검사를 진행하는 단계를 포함한다. 상기 고강도 재료는 저합금 고강도 금속재료이며, 항복강도 값은 390 Mpa이상이며, 본 발명은 선박충돌시 구상선수가 상대방 선박에 대한 손상을 감소시킨다.

    Disclosed is a method for manufacturing an actively separable bulbous bow, which comprises the following steps: A. material selection: selecting a high-strength material; B. material shaping: processing the high-strength material into a matched size and shape according to the size and shape of a connecting part between the bulbous bow and a main hull; C. installation: installing the above-mentioned high-strength material at the connecting part between the bulbous bow and the main hull using a welding, bonding or embedding process for connecting the bulbous bow to the main hull; D. grinding treatment: grinding the above-mentioned connecting part to ensure that there is a smooth transitional connection between the bulbous bow and the main hull; E. rust prevention: adopting sandblasting and undercoating; and F. non-destructive watertight inspection: performing the non-destructive watertight inspection on the connecting part between the bulbous bow and the main hull. The high-strength material is a low-alloy and high-strength metal, with a yield strength value of not less than 390 Mpa, and using the bulbous bow can reduce the damage to the hull of an opposite ship caused by the bulbous bow during ship collision.
