本发明公开了一种充电系统装置,在常规充电设备不变的前提下,增加能源监控装置和台区监控装置,辅助电网削峰填谷和调频,提升清洁能源消纳水平;采用三层架构,整体保护,局部保护和个体保护,显著提升用电安全,特别针对变压器、所辖片区及分支箱开关,实现点、线、面全范围的监测控制。解决了急剧增长的充电设备建设需求与当前电力电网、基础设施改造之间的矛盾,突破了充电设备改造或扩容不便、建设投资大的难题,结合优化的调度算法,建立等比例分配充电决策模型,分为三层调控,综合得出最终的充电桩实际输出功率,减少投资,最大化满足充电需求,节省用户费用支出,实现电网安全、稳定运行,提升人民出行的便捷性及经济性。还提供了一种充电系统装置的控制方法。
