本发明公开了一种液货船双层底及双甲板区域变纵骨间距的设计方法,具体包括以下步骤:根据货舱横剖面形状,将双层底区域由中线至内底板折角点的平直区域平均分割,分割间距约600mm‑1000mm,在每个分割点设置纵骨或者纵桁;将双甲板区域由中线至内甲板折角线的平直区域平均分割,分割间距约600mm‑1200mm,在每个分割点设置纵骨或者纵桁;在横舱壁布置时,横舱壁每隔3‑5档纵骨间距设置一根垂直桁,垂直桁顶部倾斜到临近的双甲板纵骨位置。本发明的设计方法适用于双壳液货船的结构布置,基于双层底和双甲板区域受力不同,根据双层底和双甲板区域的受力特点分别平均分布各自区域的纵骨,避免了受力有较大不同的区域采用相同的纵骨间距,可有效减轻结构重量,降低成本。
