The low-carbon logistics is developed as an important access for sustainable development of economy and society in China. The formulations of CO2 emissions are investigated and new one is developed for intermodal logistics and transport systems to assess the effects of the projects. The regional logistics corridor is developed by constructing dry ports between the sea port and hinterland. It is emphasized to better utilize the underground space in transportation planning.
