The agglomeration characteristics which are shown in traffic jams are similar to the biological swarm characteristics. It can be gat that besides the front vehicle causes acceleration, the side vehicle will lead to the deceleration and lateral displacement too, and the potential field will be influenced. This paper considers both the impact of front vehicle and side vehicle, and establishes the vehicles collecting and distributing model taking into account the interference of the side vehicle. After that the genetic algorithms is used to calibrate the relevant parameters, and the validity of the model is verified.
