The National Aeronautics and Space Administration's (NASA) Space Environments Effects (SEE) Program Office sponsored a program to study material design concepts that can provide required electrical conductivity along with acceptable optical and thermal properties performance when exposed to space environment. Laboratory space environments exposures were carried out for 10 years of Low Earth Orbit (LEO) and 700 ESH of Geosynchronous Orbit (GEO) environment in three separate facilities via UV-vacuum and UV-e'-vacuum exposures. A brief description of these efforts and obtained results/discussion are presented to promote their future use on space hardware.
