The author has concluded that it is possible to make practically, economically viable EMT powered ships with the higher propulsive efficiency than 50 percents at over 100 knots, adopting the present EMT propulsion system. It is easily possible to make on-board large-size and light-weight superconducting magnets with higher magnetic field than 12 Teslas, using now existing industry magnet and cryogenic technology.
