Several problems relating to minimization of aircraft noise impact have been formulated and solved. As part of this work analytical and semi-empirical aircrafts trajectory and noise models have been developed and used. The study results indicate various operational measures for reducing aircraft noise levels under flight paths around airports. The software enables preparation of assessment of the variation of noise levels around the airport with operating conditions also. In general the algorithm for noise abatement operations around an airport includes the following steps: definition of the form of criterion; preparation of the necessary data (data basis); model formation for optimization; definition of the task for optimization (i.e. definition of the control measure and its characteristics); obtaining the results of the optimisation and translating these into resulting efficiency controls taking account of operational circumstances.
