The exact methods for life-time estimation have been formulated based on the detailed material properties investigation of turbine blades made of Ni-base alloy EI-893 and on working conditions of land based gas turbines GT-750-6. Except on this, the regeneration heat treatment for restoring nearly initial mechanical properties has been developed, which enabled to prolong the blade life at least twice. This treatment consists in the dissolving and subsequent precipitation of the fine gamma prime particles while carbide phases remain stable. The mentioned regime has been applied in tens of gas turbines working at compressor stations of pipe lines.
