The results of constant amplitude fatigue loading of FRP laminates fabricated with resins of various styrene levels are discussed. Laminates were prepared using a commercially available polyester resin with 40 %, 35 % and 30 % monomer content (styrene). Flexural stiffness retention vs. number of fatigue cycles were compared. The rate and percentage of stiffness reduction were comparable between the laminates constructed with the 40 % and 35 % level styrene resins, while all samples made from the 30 % styrene content resin failed pre-maturely. All samples were initially stressed at 35 % of ultimate flexural strength, and all samples indicated matrix failure of the composite.
