It is confirmed that rolling behavior is the most important motion acting on vehicle stability under slight crosswind condition. Roll velocity is much related to subjective feeling assessment. The estimating function, which can predict rolling behavior and vehicle stability, could be defined. Aerodynamic forces effect vehicle stability as much as vehicle kinematic properties. Yaw moment is the most effective coefficient of aerodynamic forces. Aerodynamic transient forces also effect vehicle stability as much as steady-state forces. Aerodynamic transient forces can decreased by controlling the separation point of flow to be stationary. To achieve a stationary separation point, large negative pressures and perturbation of pressures must be decreased.
