The main task of the paper is to be a review on the subject rather than an innovative work, let say an effect of description on the present available data in literature. The real need of high class of solar control glazing in addition to the well known comfort, has to be more concentrated in reduction of air conditioners refrigerant load which might contribute quite well to less fuel consumption. Even this fuel reduction depends strongly on several variables, including the size, engine and the climatization mode of the vehicle, might be of the order of 5 % well in comparison with high % of weight reduction plan. In addition the reduction of emissions and size of AC system will be a good task for any car and AC designers. But more experimental and simple analytical software are indicated as essential in the near future to give more reliable results in addition to indicate the trends of the solar control glasses involved in other advantages as reduction of skin effect and material degradations as well as of heatable and other multifunctional glasses which can be realize with the solar control reflecting glasses.
