In this paper, we evaluate inequality as one of the objective functions as well as cost and CO2, and carry out the computational optimization to clarify the efficient EV battery operation. We propose "Constant-ratio reversal power flow control". In this operation, we optimize "reversal ratio". Based on the optimized "reversal ratio", we divide the surplus power into "reversal power" to the grid and "Charging power" to the EV battery. The difference between EV battery and stationary battery is that EV has a period of time to drive. We call the ratio of the EV which drives "driving ratio".
