The modelling of group connection to the rail system in an open lay-out and individual connection to the rail system under conditions of surges endangerment of atmospherical origin with the use of numeric methods, demands creations of components elements models: contact line, rail return, tower, insulator, short circuiting switch and surge. In the analysis, one section of a group railed containing 54 fragments was taken into account. In the report an example—results of the modelling of impulse—electromagnetic disturbances caused by statics atmospherical for both railed systems at a current extortion of 5/320 µs and 8/20 µs and with a voltage of 10/700 µs 1.2/50 µs were represented.
