Due to the city indoor substations have caused serious noise pollution to the environment, a compatible model has been established to simulate the sound field at the main transformer chamber of a substation indoor and outdoor. Appling the software VA One, based on statistical energy analysis method, the sound filed of one 110 kV substation transformer chamber in Nan Chang is taken as an example. Make appropriate noise control program according to the simulation results. Found that the sound pressure level, after reforming the inlet position, has met the requirements compared with the one before. The pressure level conforms to the requirements of the Urban Regional Environmental Noise Standards. Verify the rationality and reliability of the model and method.
