Brushless Motor Driving Control System (BMCS) is used usually for electric cars. Here we will introduce a new BMCS with Matrix Winding (MW). It is a variable winding connected brushless motor and controlled by a special computer system that consists of a integrated double CPU circuit. It can change automatically the speed area of the cars or vehicles. When they are starting, the BMCS gives an accelerating speed and higher torque, when they are operating on road, the BMCS gives a higher speed and lower torque. When vehicles go up or down on a slope, this system will give a climb or down speed. The BMES always keeps a constant power in different speed areas as a vehicle with gear shift. The EVS driving by this BMCS have not a mechanical gear wheel driving. Therefore these e-cars have an advantage of construction simplify and light. They have bigger accelerating force and great capacity of climb. They can operate on any defined high, middle, low velocity area and have a high efficiency, operating easy etc... When the cars climb or need accelerating, only give a signal, the speed area is changed automatically to a new area as a present car. It is named "Soft Shifted-Car". This is a good method to solve the problems that vehicles (e-car, e-bike, e-motorcycle, etc.) couldn't have enough torques in a wide speed range at present. When they climb, usually the toque too small, but operating in blade road, the speed is not enough. Or when they climb toque enough, but blade road operating speed too slow.
