Investigation method of influence of totality such factors, as a cycle asymmetry, stress concentration, and scaled view of the stressed state, upon the fatigue resistance of the aerial wheel hubs has been proposed, which allows to shorten the finalizing time of full-scale elements and to optimize the design. In the present article the evaluation results and the prediction methods for the fatigue resistance of the aerial wheel hubs and the samples from AK6 alloy, used for the wheel manufacturing, are represented.
