This document discusses the frequency management elements associated with the telemetry from scientific satellites (SRS and EESS). Considerations will be made about the current usage of the various frequency bands available and the associated coordination issues. Recommendations will be made about the optimal use of these bands from the perspective of spectrum sharing efficiency. The relevant activities of the Space Frequency Coordination Group (SFCG) will also be presented.
