Theoretical and practical foundations of obtaining of structural titanic alloys of high and super-high fastness by use of a complex alloying and micro-alloying of BT43 alloy have been created. Matters of creation of the multilayer composite materials, thermoplastic treatment texture reinforcement, thermal and thermo-mechanical treatment have been considered. The article shows examples for an effective usage of the developed alloys and processes in aircrafts, spacecrafts and rockets. Obtained was a structural mass decrease by 20-30%, an operation time increase up to 3-5 times and an operating reliability increase by 35-35%. The design costs are also lowered by 15-20%.
