Matters of quality test of project solutions, investigations, optimization, technologic forecasting of output tribocharacteristics of frictional mechanical systems on the projecting phase, bench-top and laboratory researches at prototype and developmental testing on the basis of physical-mathematical modeling are discussed. As an example, the modeling of the frictional contact 'brake disk-check-block' of an automotive vehicle has been considered. Experimental investigation results of the 'brake disk-check-block' subsystem have been presented in view of the frequency characteristics, and their relation with temperature processes has been ascertained. Using the mathematical model, dynamic loads in the 'Gazelle' motor vehicle transmission have been identified. On the base of physical-mathematical modeling methods and of tribospectral identification is the stability investigation of concrete mechanical systems possible.
