A system estimation model of the marine diesel reliability in the operational process has been formed. The model is based on the Markov's continuous chains mathematical apparatus. The model allows estimate a total reliability of the marine diesel and separate subsystems and the faultiness probability in any time of their exploitation. The present paper studies the estimation model of the complex marine diesel reliability using the Markov's continuous chains mathematical apparatus. The derived formulas allow to estimate the probability of a failure-free exploitation of the marine diesel at all and separate subsystems.
