Polymer-silver microcomposites can be alternatives to polymer-carbon heating layers. The one of the most important silver feature is high TCR value, which allows obtaining strong thermal selfregulation effect. In this investigation polymer-silver microcomposites with different binders were examined. The pastes were printed onto polyester substrates. The sheet resistances of conducting paths were in the range from 30 mQ/sq to 200 mQ/sq. In this paper the electrical properties: sheet resistance and TCR of heating layers were estimated. In order to analyze the conducting mechanism impedance spectroscopy was used.
