This paper introduces some innovative techniques used for GPS Intelligent Vehicle Navigation System. It is very important to obtain on time correction of deviation on vehicle track at roads because there exist both vector map error and GPS vehicle position error. The paper develops three important technical approaches: Digital Map Generation with linear geo-adjusting; Digital Map Geo-adjusting by nonlinear rectification; and Real-time Deviation Correction for vehicle track based on the traffic vector map.
