CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics) has been actively applied for developing automotive air conditioning system in recent years. An attempt to predict performance of HVAC which generates the appropriate warm air has been turned into the stage of actual utilisation because especially the temperature control characteristic is influenced largely due to the layout of heat exchangers and air mix door position in HVAC. But, as for temperature calculation accuracy of the marketing CFD code, as for mean value anyhow, it has not arrived in the satisfied level concerning distribution. Therefore after experimental analysing for feature of the flow and temperature inside HVAC, improvement of form and boundary condition and development of the new turbulent thermomigration calculation model were executed. It was reported the temperature calculation accuracy is entered into the stage of practical utilisation by the fact that this new technique is applied.
