This paper deals with CFD analysis of engine cooling performance using an unstructured mesh system which enables structure designers to create a computational model easily. Especially, a cooling fan which is an essential component for the engine cooling system is simulated by using ALE method so that the effects of rotating blades can be taken into consideration. The results show good accuracy of the prediction of engine cooling performance.
