Spatial distribution of transportation infrastructures (TIs), population, and economic activities are interrelated. Spatial distribution of TIs initially is deployed and developed in areas with higher population densities, and subsequently attract population, industry, services and jobs. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the spatial relation between spatial distribution of TLs, population, and economic activities in Iran. Data obtained from related organizations and it used Arc Map to compute Geographically Weighted Regression (GWR) and draw maps. Finding showed that the relation between spatial distribution of population and spatial distribution of TLs is relatively strong. GWR values are high along the main corridor of Karaj-Tehran-Qom and its continuing to the northwest, north and west. Low values of GWR for mines and industrial estates and areas indicate that there is not a strong relation between the spatial distribution of mines, and industrial estates and areas but the value for spatial distribution of TLs indicates that this relation is relatively strong.
