China space station has been completed on orbit in 2022, and a large number of space experiments will be carried out in the future. Due to the difficulty of extravehicular maintenance, the quality of the maintainability design for extravehicular payloads support system will directly affect the operation efficiency of the space station. According to the general extravehicular maintenance policies of the space station, a maintenance scheme of extravehicular payloads support system based on the qualitative analysis of the operation complexity model for extravehicular maintenance was proposed, which greatly simplified the maintenance operation logic and maintenance operation scale, and reduced the restriction of spacesuit and time pressure.
