The means of the noise control and structures using soundproof thin-walled obstacles are discussed. The features of passage of sound waves through obstacles as well as theoretical research methods in the field of obstacle soundproof properties and their description are considered. The results of experimental studies of the thin-walled obstacle bending vibrations are presented and resonance control instruments are proposed.
