In order to solve the problem that high-speed train group need to run by the general speed line after the fault of high-speed railway line, the system of CTCS-3 high-speed train group to use the general speed line to make a roundabout run is put forward. The normal communication between the train and the ground is the basis for the safe operation of the train, the train-ground communication of this system adopts radio one-way broadcast communication mode, therefore, this paper focuses on the study of radio broadcast communication scenario between the train and the ground. Firstly, according to the overall technical specification of the system, the radio broadcast communication scenario is designed and improved in detail. Then, the radio broadcast communication scenario is described by SysML language, the TCPN model of the scenario is established based on SysML model. The accessibility, boundedness, liveness, fairness and home behavior of the model are verified, and the rationality of the scenario design and the rationality and feasibility of the radio broadcast communication mode of this system are proved. In this paper, the modeling and verification of the radio broadcast communication scenario can provide a reference for the design and development of this system.
