Traditional methods of designing fractal pine perspective graphics only provide graphics with single color, as well as the programs are rather complex. In this paper, C# language is used to develop an E-learning environment of fractal pine perspective graphics and briefer source codes are provided. Students can get colorful fractal graphics by iterative operation in this E-Learning environment, also can get different and random colors for fractal graphics too, which can inspire the interests and attract the attention of students during learning process. Fixed points and limits can be demonstrated in E-learning environment, which is favorable for students to study the conception of fractal pine perspective graphics. It is easy for students to master program design and understand the structures of fractal pine perspective graphics.
