With the continuous development of China’s economy, the status of automobiles in transportation is significantly improved. Car buyers tend to have a high demand for comfort due to the development of the automotive industry. The performance of car doors weighs heavily on driving comfort, so the study of car doors in design or analysis of car structure is indispensable. The door stiffness sensitivity analysis has a great impact on the whole vehicle vibration, and noise radiation. This study provides a theoretical method for 3D display for door structure intensity sensitivity analysis. The 3D display expression of door sensitivity analysis is a hot topic of current research, and it is also the content of this paper.
