Urban Rail Transit (URT) system is a highly coupled complex system of human-machine-environment. Only the common safety of the three factors can realize the overall safety of the system. When studying the safety of URT operation safety, researchers focus more on improving the safety of equipment. However, human is the most active and complex factor, and plays an important role in URT safety. This paper distinguished human-factor risk points for macro and micro perspectives and analyzed their behavior risk attributes. Systematically constructed the URT operation human-factor complex risk network model, and build a network with 79 nodes based on real data.
