A mathematical model for the quality estimation of a blank made of a titanium alloy sheet for manufacture of a large-sized part, namely, the front bottom of the solid propellant rocket engine by explosive forming is constructed on the base of the criticality analysis. This estimation is presented in an integral form and consists of criticality indicators combined into a special set, each of which characterizes the degree of fulfillment of a certain technical requirement.
