India’s road network is the second great road network in the world. In India, 90% of the industrial transport and passenger transport is carried out via roads, and surprisingly India is at the top for the number of road accidents recorded across the world. According to the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways accident report 2019 over speeding is a major killer about 73.5% of death caused due to over speeding, the second major reason for the accident is drunken driving 2.8% of the persons killed. In India, hit-and-run collisions account for more than 30% of all road accidents, but only 10% of hit-and-run drivers are arrested. These figures demonstrate how dangerous roads have become for all. So, in this research, block chain can be used to solve some of the above-mentioned problems. If any of the above-mentioned problems are caused by the same driver over a while then that information can be stored in the block chain with their Aadhar details. When an accident is caused by a driver then a new block is added with his driving license number. Then every time the same driver does such activity blocks should be added so that the record should not be deleted. If we store the same information in the police station then they may delete the record by influence or by providing some bribe. So every time the above-mentioned activities are found a new block should be created and added with the previous block when a maximum number of such attempts then the driver license should be canceled or any other highest punishment should be provided to save lives.
