Scientific, precise and efficient prevention and control of major security risks is a practical problem that must be faced by the security management of the armed forces in the new era, as well as a basic project for building a world-class military. Practical teaching is the basic feature and important component of military college education. With the continuous deepening of practical military exercises, the difficulty of practical teaching training in military colleges and universities is increasing, and the complexity of training is increasing. As a result, the practical teaching security risk in military colleges and universities is also increasing. Strengthening risk analysis, prevention and control, and forming a set of rule-based standards are crucial to ensuring the safety of teaching and training in military academies. The focus of this study is three parts of the construction of the rule of law standard of security risk analysis prevention and control system of practical teaching in military colleges and universities, including the objectives, components, procedures and methods of establishment, and explains. It provides strong support for ensuring the smooth implementation of practical teaching in military academies, strengthening the security management of troops in the new era, and also provides strong support for the construction of world-class military infrastructure projects.
