The intensive growth of the territory of modern cities is closely connected with the development of transport infrastructure. Digitalization of traffic management processes is the prerequisite for efficient organization of urban transport to ensure sustainable development of cities. Using artificial intelligence, Big Data and predictive analytics, new telecommunication technologies and the Internet of Things, computer modeling, blockchains, new “human-machine” interaction interfaces, and new technologies of security, including cybersecurity contribute to the expansion of modern transport infrastructure. These technologies were used for developing the information and analytical system to monitor the roadside pollution by traffic flows. The software designed enables to study the influence of the parameters of individual vehicles in a traffic flow, operational and climatic conditions, as well as the characteristics of transport infrastructure on roadside pollution. Information and analytical system involves the use of vehicle-to-infrastructure technologies for assessing and forecasting roadside pollution for possible options of transport infrastructure.
