The actual performance of the system “aircraft–crew” (“aircraft–operator of the unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV)”) directly depends on the effective functioning of its constituent parts. Local or inconsistent effects on each part of the system cannot lead to the desired result—the achievement of values of indicators of the level of the actual efficiency that is comparable to the potential level of efficiency of functioning of system “aircraft–crew” (“aircraft operator–UAV”) for the intended purpose.
