In this paper, when launching sea based weapons for ships (especially for ship formation launch), the safety requirement of the wreckage of rocket rudder (gas rudder) for ships, after improving the range capability of sea based weapons, the traditional trajectory design method leads to the problem that the safety zone of rudder remains can not meet the requirements of ship safety. Through the in-depth investigation and analysis of the calculation method and parameters of the safety zone for the rudder debris of assisted takeoff rocket, the trajectory optimization design method is proposed. The application results show that, This method can effectively improve the safety of the rudder debris of sea based weapon assisted flight rocket to meet the requirements of ship safety, and has engineering practical value.
