Abstract After the conceptual design of a six-rotor UAV, a detailed 3D model was built in CATIA, in which complete details of the structure was designed. Then static and dynamic structural analysis was carried out by using ANSYS. By applying the loads and the other forces which will effect on the structure, analysis was done on the complete UAV. Also, the structure analysis is carried out on the landing gear by applying all the forces which are acting on it. Through the analysis of the stress on the six-rotor UAV under different working conditions, the results show that the UAV is strong enough under the loading condition of 5 kg.
