Surface unmanned vehicle (USVs) can accomplish more complicated tasks through role assignment, Task Division and Cooperation, and it has become an important force in military application. In order to simulate and test the unmanned surface vehicle (USV) cluster under the laboratory condition, this paper presents a method of constructing the USV cluster simulation and test system according to the task execution flow and the capability requirement, this paper introduces the composition and basic test flow of the test system, and introduces the key technologies involved in the construction process, including: hydrodynamic model, physical domain simulation, multi-ship data association analysis.
