With the rapid development of China railway container transportation, container stations layout need adjustment and further promote the competitiveness the railway container transport market. In this paper, we proposed the optimization principle of processing station from the aspects of facilities and equipment level, regional location, multimodal transportation and development planning. A comprehensive evaluation index system and scoring rules of the railway container handling station were constructed, and the relevant indexes and weights were scored by Delphi method, and the optimized development plan of the railway bureau container handling station was proposed.
