To settle the multi-rate issues for multi-radar measurement system, an algorithm updated at the sampling points is deduced in this paper. Firstly, by introducing the principle of superposition, the state update model for linear system is transformed into a model updated at sampling points. Secondly, a novel filtering algorithm is designed at sampling points based on the projection theorem. Then, relying on the third-order spherical-radial rule, the numerical realization for the designed algorithm is provided. Finally, the simulation is carried out to illustrate the presented algorithm is valid.
