A system design method is presented for flight control system with short development cycles and reliability improvement, which has been applied to practice. The core part of the method consists of three parts: (1) auto-disturbance reduction technology; (2) semi-learn-to-fly; (3) flight management. The flight control system is designed by adopting auto-disturbance reduction technology, and the software code is automatically generated and tested based on the MBD method to enhance the reliability of the flight control system in the solution phase. Next, the low-altitude low-speed flight prototype has been put into flight test to collect and analyze flight data in real time. Third, the protection logic design of flight management in the top flight plan has improved the safety of the flight prototype. In summary, the system design method has greatly shortened the iterative design cycle, and achieved rapid design and reliable operation of the flight control system.
