The concept of spacecraft On-Orbit Service (OOS) was first proposed in the 1960s and has been widely practiced in subsequent practical missions [1, 2]. The spacecraft on-orbit servicing tasks typically include inspections, repairs, refueling, assembly or upgrades of target spacecraft in orbit, etc. [3]. In completing these tasks, the on-orbit service spacecraft usually needs to rendezvous and dock, fly around, accompany or hover with the target spacecraft. Since some interaction behaviors need to be maintained between spacecraft during these short-range relative motions, more accurate relative motion control that considers performance constraints is of great significance for spacecraft short-range on-orbit service missions.
