Abstract Many strategies have been developed by companies in the manufacturing of their equipment. Those strategies are to eliminate the defects which can cause malfunctioning or failure of that equipment. In automobiles, braking system being the prime, safety system must be perfect. Nowadays, problems due to the ineffective and improper testing of the components, which are installed in the automotive results in lot of accidents taking place due to the improper working of the components or parts at the time of its usage. This may be resulting in loss of lives and many more. Thus, in order to prevent the faults which are occurring in the component testing, an effective method is developed so that the components or parts which do not meet the required or specified standards will get rejected. In this work, a simulation model using LabVIEW which will monitor the performance of the servo vacuum booster is developed. The aim is to test the servo booster with the help of the standard measures which have already been saved for an effective servo booster. Then the verified servo booster which are in the specified range will be installed through which the loss occurring can be reduced.
