MEMS gyroscope shows obvious g-sensitivity error in high dynamic environment, the calibration of g-sensitivity error becomes very important. In this paper, the g-sensitivity error generation mechanism of MEMS gyroscope is analyzed, and a calibration method of g-sensitivity error coefficient by centrifuge is proposed. The experimental results show that this method can calibrate the g-sensitivity error coefficient and improve the performance of MEMS gyroscope.
