The key to evaluate the reliability of microgrid by analytical method is to establishing an accurate and reliable mathematical model. A multivariate random variable correlation model is established based on D-Vine Copula function in this paper in order to solve the difficulties in modelling and inefficiency in calculation. Then a numerical experiment of this model is shown to present the result of the micro grid reliability in a city, and the accuracy of the result is verified by Monte Carlo method. It proves that the reliability model of micro grid is more simple, and the computational efficiency is improved as well.
